Search On The Go

Allows recruiters to enter up to 10 keywords; select a type of search (such as Resume, Company, Linkedin, etc.) and click enter. Voila! Your key words are then converted into the search string you need.  Users can save the search string on the iPhone, send the search string via text or email, even better, once you find the right resume, go ahead copy, paste the resume into a email and send to your hiring manager and get them results fast, easy while giving you the flexibility that we all strife for.

Interview On The Go

Allows recruiters to actually interview the talent while you are on the go! Talent can use their iPhone or if they don’t have and iPhone then the talent can use their computers regards Apple or PC. Nice right? After your interview is finished, you can then send the interview screen directly to your hiring manager with out editing the Talents answers because its in their own words! This app has many more features to explore!
